The Silence of the Cannibal

The FBI is looking for "Buffalo Bill", a serial killer who kills his victims, all teenagers, after meticulously preparing them and tearing off their skin. In order to catch him, they resort to brilliant new recruits who aspire to be part of the FBI. Following the instructions of their boss, Jack Crawford, they visit the high-security prison where the government keeps Dr. Hannibal Lecter locked up, a former psychoanalyst and murderer, endowed with an intelligence superior to normal. Their mission will be to try to extract information about the killer's behavior patterns they are looking for, before he takes his new victim. But it won't be easy...
