In 1974, following "The Last Signal," there was a significant decrease in the number of soldiers in our ranks. During recruitment, most lacked the necessary physical fitness and mental preparation. The government contacted a former member of the elite "CEEF" Corps, who, after more than a year of work, created the "SCOUT" training course—a competitive, challenging outdoor experience lasting over 20 hours.
