On November 17, 1872, six Daughters of Charity arrived in Almeria to take charge of a hospital for those injured in the Vera mines, but soon that hospital became a foundling home, providing shelter to orphaned children, and gradually they began to add classes in some parts of the hospital. One night, the authorities were alerted by the neighbors because there were cries of terror from children and strange chants coming from the orphanage... When they arrived everything was empty, all had disappeared as if they had evaporated. Today, this building is being adapted to become one of the most innovative schools in the city. Although there are still areas that have not been renovated, classes need to start now... We need a group of teachers for immediate recruitment, would you like to be part of our school?
