The Curse of the Black Rose

The black rose. A legendary object that has crept into history like a worm in an apple. Bit by bit, it has burrowed into the minds of men, corrupting them with its magic. The legends and tales that exist about it always have a common element: the misfortune that occurred wherever it appeared. A notorious thief, nicknamed The Raven, has been pursuing the black rose for decades. You, as initiates into his lodge, have been assigned your first adventure, to venture into the Wolf's Castle guided by The Raven who knows a secret passage. The castle suffered the curse of the black rose, brought by an alchemist who claimed he could cure the king of his illness. Obviously, nothing went as expected and now the stone walls hold nothing but silence and ghosts. We believe therefore that the artifact can be found inside. Enter the Wolf's Castle and bring back the black rose before it can continue to spread its influence and cause more damage. You have an hour before the magic of the curse corrupts you, and we are forced to abandon you inside.
