Hospital Organum is a modern private medical center located in Terrassa, famous throughout Spain and internationally thanks to the popularity and reputation of its Head of Surgery, surgeon Rubén Robles, better known as Dr. Robles. He is an egocentric, repellent character with unmatched arrogance, but thanks to his skill with forceps and scalpel and, especially, the sensational ads he has starred in across various media, his smile has become famous and the clinic where he practices has a waiting list. To everyone’s eyes, Dr. Robles has a brilliant résumé, worthy of a leading authority, and he is held up as an example in medical schools across the country. However, not everything is as it seems. Taking advantage of the power he wields at Hospital Organum, and aiming to profit financially without tarnishing his public image as a successful surgeon, Dr. Robles has spent years infiltrating mercenaries through the clinic’s corridors. Unknown professionals, chosen personally by him, who pose as staff members and, without drawing attention, disable the building’s security cameras. Then, guided at all times by the doctor himself to avoid the guards and remain unnoticed, they access the operating theater where they receive a call telling them what to do. It is at that point that the real objective of those individuals begins — you. A risky mission, far removed from any ethics or morality, but one that can make you rich if you complete it correctly.
