Chicago. Year 1893 The First American World Exhibition is about to open. A modest hotel with a medieval fortress aspect is the only one with available rooms: you have just entered the World’s Fair Hotel. Its owner, Herman Webster Mudgett, also known as Dr. H.H.Holmes, is the only one who knows the chilling details hidden in the strange building. The hotel hides rooms without windows, suffocating corridors, trapdoors in the floor and the ceiling, camouflaged gas pipes: architecture designed by H.H.Holmes himself to capture, torture, and kill his guests. You, naively oblivious to what the hotel hides, decide to go in to book a room. At the reception, you have separated and soon discover that this is not just any hotel. You have 60 minutes to escape from the gruesome hotel if you do not want to be the next victims of Dr. Holmes.
