About the escape room

The diary of Guillermo Laguna, a mid-12th century builder's apprentice, came into the hands of Mr. Rombo some time ago. In it, Guillermo recounts his experience on a journey he made in 1260 along the Camino de Santiago intending to study the main buildings he found there. During his pilgrimage, Guillermo was accompanied by a Templar knight named Louis de Montes, who served as his guide and protector and with whom he established a very good relationship. Towards the end of the trip, Guillermo and Louis were attacked by bandits. Louis, in his role as protector, confronted them and managed to defeat them, but was mortally wounded. Before dying, he confessed a secret to Guillermo: he told him that if he wanted to know the real secret of the Camino, he should look for the original board of the Goose Game, which was hidden in the most important inn of the Camino. Guillermo thought his companion was delirious on his deathbed, but out of respect for his friend's last words, he decided to investigate their truthfulness. After months of gathering information, Guillermo discovered that the Goose Game's board was actually a symbolic and encrypted guide of the Camino de Santiago and that each square on the board was associated with a stage of pilgrimage. However, Guillermo was unclear about what the Templar knight meant by "the most important inn". Although he searched the most famous inns, Guillermo was unable to locate the board and ended up abandoning his search when he enrolled in the builder's school. Now, 750 years later, Mr. Rombo has received some clues that seem to indicate that the Inn of the Horn is the one the Templar knight was referring to, but he suspects that there are other organizations, with less honest motivations, that are also after the Camino's secret. Your mission as seekers of The Rombo Code is to head to the Inn of the Horn, find the Goose Game board and decipher the secret of the Camino to be able to guard and protect it before it falls into the wrong hands.
