The residents of a mountain village have insisted on having their own radio station. You’ve been tasked with running today’s programming — it needs to last two hours. What could possibly go wrong? Our radio show is full of humor, dancing and brazen antics; it’s a very fun experience, ideal for having a good time and letting loose. This experience strives to recreate the broadcast of a radio program with all its main elements, where participants play the different roles involved in the show. The game format divides the group into five large teams: hosts, writers, listeners, reporters and technicians. The hosts are responsible for keeping the live broadcast flowing while presenting all the show’s segments. The writers, working backstage, supply the program with content and feed it to the hosts. The listeners act as the audience tuning in and participate actively in the show through their calls to the newsroom. The reporters play journalists on the ground and the possible adverts that appear within the broadcast. Finally, the technicians are in charge of the soundtrack and sound effects for the radio show. The game is packed with entertaining segments such as incident reports, radio stories, news, contests, musical spots and useful service information — all filled with humor and fun. This game promotes teamwork, improvisation and lateral thinking as well as coordination between groups. It connects people from an atypical place outside their usual work environment, encouraging interaction and relationships among participants. At the same time, it boosts oral expression and improves leadership skills such as planning and strategy development. Minimum 6 players and a maximum of 40 players. Although it is feasible to run the activity with up to 100 players. Four main groups: hosts, writers, listeners and reporters. One more significant group for the musical component: technicians. The experience includes a host who will run the game.
