Through documents from the 1960s, declassified by the C.I.A, secret facilities have been discovered located in an abandoned ship in a polygon in the city of Estella/Lizarra. It is certain that Julius Heisenberg, an eminent scientist, physicist and armament engineer who was part of the Manhattan project, whose final objective was the development of the first atomic bomb and who in turn exiled himself before being arrested for his high treason for passing to the enemy, the URS.S, at the height of the Cold War, operated there.
