The Neighbor

“For some time now, strange knocks and noises have been heard in the neighbor's house. Every time we see him he looks more haggard and tired. He's always putting out garbage bags full of who knows what. Now the entire building is filled with a very unpleasant smell and the police don't seem to be able to do much. We will have to pay him a visit ourselves because we don't know how far this will go.”
