Years ago, the Santa Dorotea Psychiatric Hospital was considered a leading and highly renowned institution, but since its mysterious closure in 1961 its facilities have fallen into absolute oblivion despite being located right in the heart of the city. Documentation on its activity is almost non-existent and access to the site has been strictly prohibited for almost half a decade. However, this state of complete and absolute closure seems to have come to an end. After investigating some very strange events and following the trail of a series of horrific crimes that could have been committed in this same place, the investigation agency you work for has pulled its strings and managed to have you granted an exceptional and unprecedented favour. Your team has been given a special permit that will allow you to access this psychiatric institution in order to investigate and document the interior of the old sanatorium. However, you will do so very closely followed and under strict conditions, which only raises suspicions... You must take advantage of this unique opportunity to shed light on what happened in the asylum and try to gather information on its former most responsible person, the also missing director. But be very careful with what you find inside, as there may be good reason that nobody has decided to venture in for so long... And for not having disturbed it all these years...
