New York, 1888. Thomas A. Edison's electric company is unmatched in this new and electrifying Industrial Revolution. His direct current plants are the most demanded in the U.S. and his prestige transcends borders to reach Europe, where the name of a Serbian-Croatian employee of the company: Nikola Tesla begins to resonate. The promising inventor and mechanical engineer manages to arrive in New York at the age of 28, where his efforts and ideas are scorned by Edison, who was his role model. It is then that he decides to found his own company, based on a new and revolutionary invention: alternating current, which could reach much further with the help of transformers, making electricity much cheaper. This infuriates Edison, who sees his patent crumbling. Thus begins the War of the Currents, where Edison becomes obsessed with proving how dangerous alternating current is, using it to burn alive different animals in front of large audiences. After experimenting with elephants and still not winning the public's favor, which continues to revere Tesla, he decides to take a leap with the electric chair. A member of your team is kidnapped to die among his experiments. Your mission is to rescue him and escape from the electrical system designed by Edison, thus escaping alive from his trap. However, be very careful with time. Every mistake will cost you two minutes of your only chance to survive.
